Building Eventerprise: an AI operating system for events
How we designed and built a full 'hire or get hired' marketplace — front end and back end — for the events industry.
Eventerprise is one of our most ambitious web builds to date: a two-sided marketplace where event planners hire vetted vendors, and vendors get discovered for the work they love.
We handled the project end to end — the front-end experience and the back-end systems behind it. Beyond the marketplace, Eventerprise includes an 'Event OS': a post-booking command centre where contracts, run-of-show, floor plans, vendor chat and payouts all live in one real-time workspace.
The goal was simple to say and hard to do: make planning an event feel less like chasing emails and more like one calm, shared screen. If you're building something with this kind of scope, this is exactly the lane our Website & Content retainer was made for.
